All reservations made with We Adventure Outdoors are subject to the complete Terms & Conditions, which are stated below and apply to all reservations.
Please read these terms carefully as they outline each party's rights and responsibilities.
Includes the service or event, and their corresponding itinerary/activities.
Refers to We Adventure Outdoors.
Refers to an event that takes place within a 24 hour period.
Refers to the person, group, charity, organisation, or company responsible for a booking.
Refers to a private booking made for a select group of people, not including any day event advertised for individual bookings.
Includes, but not limited to: snow, ice. high/gale force winds, and flooding.
If you wish to cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to the event start date, you will receive a credit voucher for the total amount paid to We Adventure Outdoors.
If you wish to cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the event start date, you will forfeit the total amount paid to We Adventure Outdoors.
If you wish to cancel your booking more than 4 weeks prior to the event start date, you will receive a credit voucher for the total amount paid to We Adventure Outdoors.
If you wish to cancel your booking less than 4 weeks prior to the event start date, you will forfeit the total amount paid to We Adventure Outdoors.
We reserve the right to cancel your event in line with our "Extreme Weather Policy", as outlined below. You will receive a credit voucher for the total amount paid to We Adventure Outdoors, or we will endeavour to transfer your booking to an alternative event on the same date.
Credit vouchers are valid for up to 12 months, and must be redeemed by 23:59 on the date of expiration.
In the event of extreme weather, We Adventure Outdoors reserves the right to cancel a booking. We will however, endeavour to go ahead with any event if it is deemed safe to do so.
Transfer of bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the event start date. Confirmation of transfer by email, plus name of participant to whom booking is to be transferred, must be received for transfer to be completed.
Whilst all necessary precautions are taken to minmise risk, activities such as climbing, hill walking, and mountaineering, have the potential risk for serious injury or death.
All participants must acknowledge these risks by completing our "Acknowledement of Risk" form before participating in any event with We Adventure Outdoors.
