I'm David, founder at We Adventure Outdoors - and I'm here to help.
I've spent plenty of time in the outdoors, usually walking or hiking in the beautiful upland areas of the UK. This is my go-to when I feel overwhelmed or stressed or anxious - or when life simply gets too much.
This allows me to reconnect with myself and the natural world around me, whilst removing myself from the root cause of my distress - it's like hitting the reset button.
The longer the walk, or the more challenging the adventure, the more stress and anxiety busting it becomes.
I knew I wasn't alone with these problems, and so We Adventure Outdoors was born to give you the same opportunity to escape the stresses and complications of everyday life by doing something extraordinary.
